● Follow up sales process from start to end.
● Meet clients and update resources to acquire suitable inquiries and tenders.
● Prepare technical and commercial proposals for client as per received inquiries.
● Follow up to get client’s approval on technical and commercial proposals.
● Negotiate and finalize purchase orders with client.
● Issue sales documents and relevant invoices through the project.
● Follow up goods shipment and delivery in coordination with forwarder and logistic department.
● Follow up financial settlements with client.
● Improve professional and technical knowledge.
● Maintain softcopies of sales documents on server and classified hardcopies for all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
● Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report to executive director and CEO.
Requirements
● BS/MS in Mechanical, Material, and Chemical engineering.
● Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
● Familiar with technical and commercial correspondences.
● Good knowledge of MS office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Teamwork ability.
● Ability to coordinate multiple activities.
● Strong public relationship.
● Self-motivated and energetic.
