Job Description

List of responsibilities: ● Negotiating and consulting with potential customers (electrical engineers & architects) to understand their lighting needs and give them proposes solutions with the help of lighting simulation software's like Dialux. ● Giving demonstrations, training and presentations to help customers discover and understand products/solution. ● Preparation of technical and financial proposals of tenders. ● Generating high-quality sales leads, through communicating with potential customers and related opportunities all over the country. following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. ● Effectively communicate customers’ needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. ● Reporting to: sale manager. ● Length of probation period: 3 Month. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30am-5pm. ● Travel requirements: Ability to travel regularly to factories and cities around the country.

Requirements

● University qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical engineering (Power engineering is preferred). ● Other certifications obtained: Dialux. ● Nature and length of previous experience: ● Excellent technical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Good leadership and team working skills. ● Willingness to continue sales and engineering education Simultaneously. ● Soft skills and personality traits: Adaptability-teamwork.
