-Defining sales strategies and policies
-Providing annual sales plan
-Distributing customer requests among the sales teams
-Manage and supervise resellers and representative and negotiate with them
-Coordination with production and planning manager regarding sales issues
-Generate analytical reports regarding sales forecast
-Generate sales reports for board meetings
-Reporting to: CEO
-Requires occasional travel inside and outside the country
-Manages a team 15 to 20 people
Requirements
-At least BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, MBA/ DBA
-At least 10 years B2B industrial sales
-Fluent in English
-Familiar with related software such as MSP, AutoCAD
-Ability to issue documents and instructions related sales and marketing
-Expert in planning and project control
-Expert in analyzing data
