● Record sales documents, pre-invoices, sales returns, and discounts.
● Manage the entire sales accounting cycle.
● Build strong relationships with customers, sales, and warehousing.
● Sales control, commission calculation.
● Report to senior management and perform secretarial and administrative duties.
● Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
● Communication with internal departments, answering calls, and travel coordination.
● Management of internal and external correspondence by management.
● Schedule appointments, maintain an event calendar and send reminders.
● Copy, scan, and fax documents as well as take notes.
● Prepare facilities for scheduled events.
● Order office supplies and replacement as well as managing post and courier services.
● Observe the best business practices and social etiquette.
