- Debriefing from different sales panels and monthly sales reconciliation using the panels' reports.
- Documenting and preparing sales reports for finance units.
- Invoicing in accordance with relevant contracts and delivering them to the required teams and people.
- Retention of previous financial transactions reports (depositions and withdrawals), following up on - delayed depositions and checking financial depositions with the treasury team.
- Reviewing the financial viability of sales contracts ( Insurance, taxes, payment terms, and … ).
- Reviewing and scrutinizing potential financial risks in sales processes.
Requirements
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial rules and regulations of contracts and financial risks.
- Being consistent, focused, precise and patient.
- Being a fast learner and able to learn sales methods and relevant accounting responsibilities.
