Job Description

● Perform and follow up all activities related to a new product development project from idea phase to mass production. ● Prepare and supervision of project progress and reporting to senior managers. ● Manage R&D procedures, trouble shooting and scale-ups.

Requirements

● Education: Pharmaceutical. ● Familiar with GMP, ICH, guidelines as well as pharmaceutical procedures. ● Familiar with analytical test methods, validation. ● Excellent business analysis skills. ● Familiar with APQP procedure and new product development phases. ● Minimum 3 years of experience as R&D manager. ● Good level of English language and communication. ● Familiar with MS Project or similar software. ● Team oriented but also ability to work independently and take on responsibility. ● Excellent communication/negotiation skills. ● Problem solving skills. ● Creative thinking. ● Great negotiation skills.
