-Care line management and consumer and customer complaint handling.
-Warehouse CRQS and inspection of imported products.
-Distributor’s audit and action follow up.
-On-shelf CRQS: quarterly visits, taking improvement actions, action follow up and preparing quarterly report.
-Preparing monthly quality reports including; consumer and customer complaints, imported products CRQS and Pallet quality non-conformance.
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in field of chemistry.
-Minimum two years of experience of working with cosmetics companies.
-Ability to work both individually and as a part of team.
-English speaking and writing proficiency.
-Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power point. Proficiency.
-Preparedness for business trips.
