Job Description

  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
  • Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards.
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with management and process owners to implement improvement initiatives.
  • Identify the main fields of business improvement and provide systematic solutions.
  • Identify and monitor process indicators.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management.
  • Familiar with modern quality management systems.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Good understanding of Quality Management Standards (ISO) and Organizational Excellence.
  • Good understanding of models (EFQM).
  • Good understanding of BPM.
  • Good understanding of ISO standards.
  • System thinking.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Perfect at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced, writing and reading, English skills (intermediate speaking skills).
