Province Sales Supervisor

Job Description

In order to give the best possible service to beauty salons, the Professional Product Division of Zarsima is looking province sales supervisor. Post holder will assist sales director to achieve the business plan and annual sales targets in provinces, through guiding and leading the distributors while maintaining the current market share and growing it according the defined strategy. Main responsibilities but not be limited to: • Monitoring the performance of each distributors in her assigned area (Credit Limits, Target achievements in Category and SKU bases, Payments, Stock levels, Prices, and Promotions executions, Orders status, ...) and presenting the solutions for increasing their efficiency. • Developing and maintaining new distribution channels in provinces according to sales benefits. • Implementing regular meetings& market visit with distributors in her assigned area to find-out the opportunities. • Presenting the report of sales distributors status to higher-level managers. • Prepare all necessary report to sales dep. (market research, competitive analysis, market trend monitoring) • Getting orders from Sub-distributors considering the stock levels and comp category sales • Monitoring the assigned market at the point of competitors' activities and sharing their activity level managers. • Ensuring that all routes / areas are optimally covered and that sales team understanding the sales plans for their particular areas. • Providing Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) • Any other assigned tasks by Sales Director. Reporting to : Sales Director Working hours: 8:15 - 17:30 (Saturday to Wednesday) Travel requirements: Yes - Regular travels within assigned provinces
