Job Description

• Implement project management procedures. • Identify and develop tools for monitoring, measuring, evaluating, controlling and reporting progress against plan and budget. • Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Cost Control Centers. • Control cost, time and resources in order to update the project schedule. • Prepare project status & analytic reports about progress and delay in project/portfolio level by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • Highlight to project team on issues causing delays to project completion • Define and measure Project Time Performance indexes • Planning and Project Control using Primavera or Microsoft Project (MSP) • Recommend actions to improve progress • Active communicating on various levels of organization. • Monitor, track or report project milestones and deliverables

Requirements

• Education: BSc/MSc in industrial Engineering or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 7 years in project planning and control. • Previous experience for the same position at least for 2 years. • Ability to manage and supervise knowledge workers • Good communication and analytical skills • Accuracy and precision of work and good problem solving skills • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure • Highly demonstrated team work skills • Planning and Project Control using Primavera or Microsoft Project (MSP) • Understanding, analyzing and root causing of project problems • Being Familiar with PMBOK is a must. • PMP Certificate is an advantage.
