• Manage all new product development projects, planning launch/go to market plan for new products
• Develop deep understanding of consumers, market, competitors, achieve strong insights and deliver practical analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Analytical reports including sales analysis, sales distribution percentage
• Cooperate with marketing research team in qualitative and quantitative projects
• Train Sales team about product knowledge and market opportunities
• Developing and improving employer brand
• Frequent visit to the market and gather information about market share, trends and future prospects
• Introducing and marketing new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
• Obtaining product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies
Requirements
• Minimum BS/BA/Master’s degree in MBA, Business, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering
• Between 2 - 5 years of related work experiences
• Responsible, creative and persevering
•Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, financial, & pricing skills preferred
• Strong Teamwork and Flexible
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Fluency in English
• Acceptable age: preferably up to 35
