Requirements
- MS degree in business, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as managing director or related titles.
-Up-to-date on latest industry trends.
- Familiar with startup’s challenges.
- Strong knowledge of startup, business, brand, and product; understanding of the startup and its position in the market/industry.
- Comfortable managing large project deadlines and deliverables in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with talent for interpreting trends and data, and making informed projections/assertions is preferred.
- Extremely organized and ability to work under pressure and capable of multitasking in order to meet deadlines
- Proactive, approach towards information sourcing, solution driven personality and out of the box thinking Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
- A strong leader capable of developing, coaching, managing and motivating a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
- Strong critical thinking & analytical skills and a proven track record of identifying and executing strategies that have helped to drive growth.
