-To be suppliers brand advocate within sales and distribution system and ensure proper implementation of supplier's strategies and meeting sales targets of the brand(s) under supervision
-Set monthly and annual sales objectives and cascade them down into different sales channels, areas, SKUs
-Ensure proper implementation of all sales and marketing projects related to the brand under his/her supervision
-Ensure supplier's strategy and sales team objectives are aligned
-Monitor sales trend, train sales team, and ensure meeting sales objectives
-To be responsible for the successful launch of new products
-Conduct in-depth analysis of the market, competition, and sales trend, identify challenges, and propose effective solution to overcome those challenges
-Leveraging sales expertise and advising suppliers on proper sales and marketing strategies for their brands
-Propose trade promotions and sales force incentives to help achieving targets
-Manage Inventory system and ensure orders are in place based on sales demands.
-Conduct in-depth analysis on new potential products to be added to the sales baskets
-Introduce the new product/s by analyzing the market and propose the business plan
-Provide all requested information and reports to BU Manager
Requirements
-Bachelor university degree preferably in MBA/Masters
-At least 2 years' experience in customer goods
-Good marketing/branding knowledge in FMCG field
-Strong Analytical mind
-Excellent Negotiation Skills
-Excellent Presentation skills
-Good Communications
-Good command of English Language
-Good command of computer software skills (MS. Office)
