- Plan and control all purchasing activities in conjunction with company overall schedules
- Manage all purchase orders received from internal departments.
- Looking for new sources of materials and equipment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price, quality and delivery conditions.
- Getting Proforma Invoices from the suppliers and preparing the related commercial reports.
- Making sure all purchased items are delivered to related departments on time.
- Prepare required documents for Financial Department.
- Following payments to suppliers.
- Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents.
- Reporting to managing director.
Requirements
- At least bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, MBA, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a purchasing manager.
- Professional in internal commercial rules and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Being responsive to all commitments.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Good & friendly personality.
- Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40.
