Job Description

- Develop procedures for coordinating of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as production and finance and maintaining them over time. - Estimate cost of material and services to find cost-effective deals and suppliers and discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses. - Oversee all procurement operations to ensure the implementation of best practices, vendor relations and warehouse management. - Ensure adequate spare parts and consumables to be available in stock and forecast expected orders based on manufacturing enquiries. - Manage the process of procurement, preparing purchase orders and forwarding purchase orders to suppliers as per Company’s cash position. - Responsible for getting all the essential governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importing process. - Supervise and control all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the department instructions. - Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turnover, reduce waste, or optimize customer service. - Make sure inventory levels are properly monitored and determine time for stock re-order and recommend changes to stocking levels and materials.

Requirements

- Knowledge of principles and methods to move goods by air, rail, sea or road, including the relative costs and benefits. - Knowledge of English language, incoterms rules and other relevant instructions for importing. - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering/ Industrial management. - Full acquaintance with Procurement and Value-Chain Management. - 10 years of relevant experience. - Excellent command of English language. - Proficient in computer and internet skills, especially with respect to procurement software and tools.
