Objective of the role: The job purpose is to manage and coordinate the procurement operations within the organization or the activities of the organization that are engaged in purchasing.
List of responsibilities:
- Manage commercial activities including sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering.
- Monitoring procurement process to ensure about accuracy and deadlines.
- Monitor and assess vendors’ performance to ensure compliance with company’s shared values.
- Direct activities of personnel engaged in procurement process.
- Prepare necessary reports and supply plan.
Reporting to: CFO.
Requirements
- Business and Management BSc or MA.
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences (3 years of managerial).
- Fluent in English Language.
- Proficient in MS office particularly in Excel.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
