Job Description

The Process Engineer role is responsible for the provision of process engineering activities for Design, construction, commissioning, Start-up, and maintenance of Oil and gas refinery plants and relevant facilities. List of responsibilities: • Providing all Process documents including process flow diagrams (PFD’s) piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s) and process data sheets for equipment and instruments especially for oil and gas pipelines stations and plants. • Review of documents commenting and endorsing relevant technical data • Analyze project specifications and inquiry requirements; develop design parameters and methodology. • Prepare engineering calculations, manage the interfaces and reply to the site queries • Maintain and develop chemical engineering design software. • Follow-up on completed projects including start-up and performance guarantee test. • Appropriate response to client requests and vendor/subcontracts • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends. • Maintain a high professional profile. . Reporting to: Engineering manager. Subordinates: Does not have. Length of Probation Period: 3 months. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
