Job Description

- Quality control microbiologist prepare and test samples from all phases of a manufacturing or other handling process, with the goal of determining if the substance meets the standards or requirements of the raw materials, intermediate products and final products. They employ a variety of methods that can vary from industry to industry but generally require basic lab-work skills and thorough understanding of microbiological testing equipment and processes. They prepare documents that report the results of their lab work. They may also be responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting and repair. QC microbiologist have a role in preserving workplace safety and safe materials handling as appropriate, since they sometimes work with hazardous materials. Microbiologists undertake laboratory analysis and monitoring of microbial cultures, samples and new drugs using a range of identification methods and clinical trials Main Responsibilities: - Define and implement the quality system (processes, procedures, indicators, audits, training) in the company in accordance with Pharmacopeia and Good Manufacturing Practices - Guarantee the quality of the finish product and upgrade the control for each step of the manufacture process - Monitor and identify microorganisms - Track microorganisms in a range of environments - Monitor and assess samples from a range of sources - Follow regular sampling schedules within a specific environment - Use a variety of identification methods, including molecular techniques, to test samples develop new techniques, products and processes - Collecting samples from a variety of locations - Recording, analyzing and interpreting data - Writing research papers, reports and reviews - Keeping up to date with scientific and research developments - Ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines - Observing high health and safety standards - Inspecting food and drink manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination - Managing laboratories

Requirements

- MS or PhD degree of the microbiology from recognized and reputable universities. - At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Control microbiological Technician - Practice audits and internal controlled - Knowledge in QC of pharmaceutical and radiopharmaceutical products - Familiar with MS Office - Eager to achieve challenging targets - Self-motivated - Highly developed interpersonal Skills - Effective negotiation skills - Multi task capability - Leadership capability - Capability to communicate well - Interested in delegation and team working. - Problem solving capability - Proficiency in English (writing and reading) - Ideal Age Range: 26-35 - Gender: Male & Female
