Job Description
-Promote and sell Derma Cosmetic Skin, Hair & Body Care products to Pharmacies and Galleries -Sales visits of Pharmacies and Clinics in set territories to monitor products availability and sell out -Work with key opinion leaders to gain market share and identify market trends -Build strong and effective relationship with decision makers -Track and report customer needs, issues, interests and monitor competitor's products and sales strategies -Maintain a high level of product knowledge -Ongoing product, sales and marketing training -Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and events -Achieve Sales Targets, quotas and overall goals set by AVA -Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales reports -Provide accurate sales information to management for forecasting -Work closely with Marketing to implement promotions, marketing plan and advertising activities
Requirements
-Experience in selling Derma Cosmetic (Skin, Hair & Body Care) products -Experience in conducting Sales visits to Pharmacies -Establishing good relationship with Pharmacies -Excellent selling skills -Excellent negotiation skills -Excellent communications skills -Excellent presentation skills -Sales oriented -Goal oriented -Task oriented -Team player -Hard working -Flexibility in working hours -Proficient in English of French -Degree in health care, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing or related degrees -Ideal Age: 24 - 45
