•Main Objective: Operation & Customer Service Manager with excellent knowledge about handling Air, Sea, and Overland and Transit shipments in a freight forwarder company is required •Main Responsibilities: -Supervising handling procedure on all shipments and operation team progress -Managing any rising issue in shipping procedures and building good working relationship with agents -Preparing necessary or requested reports for management

Requirements

-Previous experience in Freight Forwarder Company and Knowledge about handling Air, Sea, Overland and Transit shipments is necessary. -Having related management work experience is necessary. -Fluent in English. -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 38
