-Answering calls as required, and following up with the clients when requested
-translating articles from English to Farsi and vice versa
-Recording all the information regarding the daily contacts of the clients
-Corresponding with the main office
-Attending weekly meetings (conference call)
-Greet clients upon arrival at the office and direct them to appropriate offices
-Receive and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
-Light accounting duties (petty cash)
-Office management including stationary orders/expenditure
-Liaising with clients, suppliers and members of our organization
-Maintain and order office supply inventory
-Retrieve documents and files when requested
-Handle all confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality throughout
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in English.
-Full command of Microsoft Office software products (especially Word, and Excel)
-Previous experience: The intended person should have some years of experiences as an office assistant
-Skilled in English and Persian typing
-Good written and spoken English skills
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Self-disciplined, accurate, creative, energetic
-Service-oriented, pleasant, friendly
-Eager to learn,
-Able to handle stress, remain calm and focused
-Ideal Age: minimum 25
