-Answering calls as required, and following up with the clients regarding the required documents
-Recording all the information regarding the daily contacts of the clients
-Checking the translated documents in order to make sure that documents were translated correctly
-Translating client’s questionnaires, resumes, and articles for the website (Farsi to English & English to Farsi)
-Corresponding with the main office
-Attending weekly meetings (conference call)
-Greet clients upon arrival at the office and direct them to appropriate offices
-Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
-Light accounting duties
-Office management including stationary orders/expenditure (if required)
-Handle all confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality throughout
Requirements
-Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in English.
-Full command of Microsoft Office software products (especially Word, and Excel)
-Previous experience: The intended person should have some years of experiences as an office assistant
-Skilled in English and Persian typing
-Excellent written and spoken English skills
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Self-disciplined, accurate, creative, energetic
-Service-oriented, pleasant, friendly
-Eager to learn,
-Able to handle stress, remain calm and focused
-Ideal Age: minimum 25
