Job Description

- Provide help desk support and resolve problems of end users. - Troubleshooting network, hardware and software issues. - Monitor and manage server and network resources. - Document network support activities and prepare related reports. - Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve users satisfaction.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc in Computer, IT or related field. - Other certifications obtained: MSCE, CCNA. - Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as IT HelpDesk or similar positions. - Specialist knowledge: Directory Services, Virtualization, Security concepts, HP Servers configuration. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, Self-motivated.
