• Develop operational and tactical strategies with a view to grow revenues and market share nationally via retailers and direct sales/visibility projects
• Plan and manage various projects in the field
• Develop and manage tele Sales and other direct sales solutions
• Manage and Develop effective communication channels for ease of communicating with retail channel
• Manage retail channels, agencies and distributers
• Evaluate the performance of agents and distributors in providing services for customers.
• Provide insights at micro level/city level on the customer behaviour in defined areas
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing
• B.Sc. in management or industrial engineering or any other related field
• Telecom knowledge
• Negotiation & communication skills
• Multitasking
