Job Description

Position Overview:

The motion designer is a vital part of our organization, significantly contributing to the creation of engaging and dynamic visual content. The primary objective of this role is to use animation and graphic design to create the illusion of motion or rotation, bringing visual elements to life. This includes creating animated graphics and videos, illustrations, designs, and other artwork used in marketing materials. They strive to stay up to date with the latest advancements in animation and design, and contemporary trends in production design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate ideas into motion graphics that can be understood by a wide audience.
  • Brainstorm and develop design plans and delegate tasks for their creation.
  • Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects.
  • Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, social media platforms, etc.
  • Troubleshooting: Assess and troubleshoot issues with motion graphics.
  • Select audio, visuals, typography, and other design elements.
  • Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Work independently on projects with tight deadlines.
  • Working hours: 6 days a week - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - including 1-hour break.

  • Aron Groups does not have any representation or office in IRAN. The company is incorporated under Marshall Island law, and our offices are in England and Cyprus.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio is a key requirement. This showcases the candidate’s ability and style.
  • Candidates with at least three years of experience are preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate artistic ability, storytelling, attention to detail, teamwork, organization, dedication, creativity and imagination, time management, communication skills, and the ability to accept and act on feedback.
  • Fluent in English (at least 50 percent).

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator. Premiere Pro), Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, and Blender.
  • Understanding design principles and color theory, knowledge of animation principles, graphic design skills, excellent creativity and artistic skills, and an eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
