● Identify customers and manage sales of assigned products to the target dentists to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with company strategy.
● Regular visits of Dentists to monitor product availability and movement.
● Maintain / update product and competition knowledge and builds and maintains good relationships with trade personnel.
● Updates doctor cards and list and submits daily report, be fully operational in sales.
● Implements on going Targeting and Profiling of customers.
● Any other tasks as assigned depending on the need and maintain consistency.
● Manage sales promotion of assigned product.
● Ability to increase sales to the maximum.
● Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors.
● Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback.
● Maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area.
● Solves any problems with Doctors and within his area.
● Prospects and qualifies new customers.
