Main Responsibilities:
• Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for doctors
• Regular visits of doctors and pharmacies and monitoring products availability
• Maintains a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer the questions related to products
• Increasing sales to the maximum and maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area
• Solves any issue with doctors within the assigned area
• Performs market demands surveys and report preparation for the company
• Inspecting doctors and pharmacies in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability
• Participating in daily and weekly meetings and training programs
• Preparation of detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities
• Dealing with opinion leaders and market feedback collection
• Crisis management and problem solving with managers with doctors and pharmacists within her/his area
• Business opportunities identification within the respective area
• Showing high cooperation to reach marketing plans in market as qualified as possible
• Achieve targeted (90%) coverage of assigned area of Doctors and Pharmacies
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the medical advisory team of the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with healthcare professionals during presentations
• Reporting positive and negative feedbacks of the physicians to the marketing and scientific departments
• Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products
• Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff; building and maintaining positive working relationships with them
• Participation in congresses, medical activities.
• Having strong spirit of team work
Requirements
• Medical doctor/ pharmacist/ veterinarian/ Science (at least bachelor degree)
• Having over two-years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Being punctual, enthusiastic, inspiring, motivated, and creative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, self-motivated with a good team work spirit
• Being able to travel within the country
• Good command in English (speaking, listening, and writing)
• Expert on Microsoft office (Power point, Excel, Word)
