• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, or packaging.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Use sales forecasting to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Advise business or other groups on local or national factors affecting the buying or selling of products or services.
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Reports Directly to the Managing Director
Requirements
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing plan and tactics, product demonstration.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in Marketing planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
• Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
• M.A. of Management, MBA, or Industrial Engineering
