-Identifying and anticipating marketing trends
-Understanding customer needs and developing creative solutions to help them
-Analysis of competitive market situation and operational impact
-Jointly developing marketing and sales strategies in coordination with sales and product departments.
-Executing marketing plans on-time and ensuring they deliver their objectives
-Managing marketing costs & budgets
-Negotiating with media suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements
-Proactively improving positioning of portfolio brands, operations, and activities within the marketing department
-Overseeing creative development of advertising, materials, events, etc.
-Ensuring brand consistency within the group
-Ensuring high standards of deliverable work
-Lead, train, and develop a core marketing team
-Presenting information to Board of Directors
Requirements
-At least 5 years of experience in a related field
-Education in Business Management or marketing and related degrees
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Excellent computer skills are essential
-Full English and Persian fluency
-Ideal Age: Maximum 45
