Job Description
-Directs the development of strategic marketing plans for Iran. Reviews strategy in view of changing market needs and competitive situation. Adjusts plan (pricing, promotional tools, campaigns) appropriately to meet sales objectives
-Directs and coordinates necessary market support, promotional programs, and sales tools needed to achieve sales goals set for the Iranian business
-Develops and implements programs to continuously improve customer satisfaction
-Directs the development and implementation of the marketing communications programs
Works with sales departments to plan and create strategies, tactics, activities, and materials for the purpose of conveying the most positive marketing message to target markets
-Drives business development strategies for new markets
-Establishes sales forecasts annually and monitors monthly actual results to evaluate positioning
-Develops routine trending reports and revises projections as needed
-Build and execute the local lifecycle portfolio strategy and roadmap for the assigned portfolio.
Main responsibilities include: pushing new products in growth phase, product revitalizations, geographic expansions, portfolio streamlining, and phase out of underperforming products
-Interact with customers to gain deep insight on product usage and performance relative to competitive products
-Establish and implement marketing & sales campaigns to drive portfolio in close cooperation with the regional and local sales organizations
-Act as gate keeper for assigned KOLs, manage relationship, and evaluate ROLs for potential to be Raising Stars for KOLs
-Creates and maintains methods for the ongoing assessment of marketing programs to support continuous improvement
-Conducts periodic competitive analysis to include pricing and product positioning, adjusting strategies as appropriate
-Manages the efforts of marketing events such as potential customer seminars, user conferences, trade shows, special promotions, and direct mail campaigns. Ensures the establishment and maintenance or strong relationships with vendors, facilities, exhibitors, and sponsors
-Coordinates activities with Sales, Customer Service and finance and accounting departments
