• Country P&L / Marketing Budget management
• Local Market / Competitor / Consumer / Brand Health understanding
• Delivering the Country Role for Evyap Categories, setting Country priorities on where to focus in the short, medium & long term
• Contributing to long term category strategy as a Key Market and developing and implementing the National Category Plans
• Developing & implementing the National Brand Plans: Best local expression of global brand positioning
• Supply: Local cost management
• Product Launch Deployment Management; launch planning, legal & regulatory compliance, customer sell-in
• Local Communications Management; adaptation of advertising, activation / tactical copy development, media, PR, sponsorships & local agency management
• Sales: Customer strategy, SKU per channel, POS, Promos
• Regular monitoring of key KPI
• Managing the Marketing team
Requirements
• University Degree preferably in Business, MBA would be an asset
• Strong Marketing / Brand Management background gained in FMCG, Non-Food / Personal Care preferred
• 10+ years of relevant FMCG experience in Marketing (3+ as a Marketing Manager);
• Multinational company experience in local market
• Operations / Sales / Media Agency Experience is a plus
• Understanding of P&L Management
• Necessary background to put in place & manage the correct organization & partnerships
• Fluent English is a must
