- Helping the team members to understand and tackle issues
- Identify proper foreign procurement channels: Suppliers, forwarders, ...
- Communicate effectively with local customers and foreign suppliers or service providers
- Carrying out comparative analysis on suppliers and service providers
- Understand and Analyze the local and international logistics procedures, and issues
- Developing plan for improving customer base and maintaining the current ones
- Understand and analyze the logistics needs of the local market (Iran)
- Develop Marketing plan and campaign for Logistics Division considering the market condition and future trends
- Revise marketing plan and campaign based on the market condition and dynamics
- Carryout comparative analysis considering the existing and potential local logistics rivals
- Provide relevant market and team performance report to the management team
- Communicate effectively with other groups such as finance
Requirements
• Min. of 5 years of management experience in logistics department
• Expert in commercial negotiation, correspondence
• Expert in foreign sourcing & procurement
• Have dad prior exposure to foreign markets
• Vast experience in logistics operation including transportation, Insurance and customs clearance
• Fluent in Business English,
• Have great analytical and problem resolution skills
• Have great communication skills, high team spirit,
• Possess necessary computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, CRM
