Job Description

- Mastering of Laws on Registration of Documents and Real Estate and doing related affairs - Monitoring the preparation, modification and processing legal documents necessary for registration - Ordering the registration of property in the estate office - Track the registered property queries response - Accepting property registration and specifying the property limit - Drafting of ownership documents - Handling and commenting on complaints and disputes on registration issues - Preparing monthly/weekly management reports depending on the requirements - Attending as negotiator in negotiation meetings for settlement a dispute

Requirements

- Bachelor or masters of Degree in Law - At least 5 years of experience in related positions - Skills: Analytical skills, Negotiating skills, Management skills, Leadership skills, Communication skills, Interpretation skills - Ability to work full time - Job location: Tehran - Gender: female /male
