Lead Product Designer

iGap is a cloud-based instant messaging app that offers a range of features beyond traditional messaging.

Responsibilities:

· Build and lead a high-performing design team for our messenger platform

· Define the design vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams

· Source, evaluate, and select exceptional product designers

· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

· Continuously refine and optimize the design process

· Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders

· Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design principles

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

· 5 years of experience in product design leadership

· Proven ability to build and manage high-performing design teams

· Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design

· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate user needs and business objectives into impactful design solutions

· Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
