-Develop and maintain the strong and trustworthy relationships with important clients
- Build strong relation with the key customers by understanding their strategies
- In depth analyses to develop business growth per key customer including competition situation / pricing
- Leading & managing promotional and sampling activities
- Develop business with new ideas of placement; promotion; event etc.
- Create and execute specific promotional tactics per channel to reach incremental sales
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the key customer’s sales channel.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients
- Propose a strategy to develop Key Account business for each chain align with company top management
- Make sure of reconciliations to be timely done with finance
Requirements
- Minimum BS degree in a business related function
- Minimum 5 years work experience in sales field and Key Account management experience in FMCG environment
- Excellent negotiation skills
