- Build a strong working relationship with distribution centers and drugstores.
- Lead and mentor pharma reps to meet the sales targets.
- Ensure the development of commercial activities with key clients.
- Monitor results on a monthly basis and takes actions to correct if a deviation would occur.
- Actively inform and exchange account information across the company.
- Be an active member in exchanging information with the sales team to maximize the profit.
- Follow up the Sales on a day-to-day basis.
- Look for new opportunities in the market.
- Strategic planning for sales results improvements.

- Having experience in the pharmaceutical field and familiar with distributors and drugstores.
- Be able to go on missions.
- Active presence in the field.
- Team player and good sales and negotiation skills, able to mentor and lead the team.

- At least a BS degree in marketing, business administration, basic science or related subjects. A doctorate degree in pharma or veterinary is welcomed.

- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Familiar with English language and a good command of Office skills.
