• The Key Account 'Manager is responsible for supervising key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the key account sales teams.
• Leading and motivating the key account supervisors & merchandising team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Develop the business with the company key customers.
• Pay regular visits to key customers and check on merchandising team performance frequently.
• Build strong relation with the key customers by understanding their strategies.
• In depth analyses to develop business growth per key customer including competition situation / pricing.
Requirements
• Hold a BA degree preferably in a business related filed.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in key account sales in FMCG.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Skill to analyze information
• Team working skills.
• Good computer knowledge esp. Microsoft Office.
• Self-organized, and ability to use structured management systems.
• Willing to travel as per company demand.
• Good English knowledge.
• Maximum 35 years old.
