- Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations.
- Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, related Equipment and software.
- Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
- Assist enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts)
- Managing user accounts, permissions, email and Anti-virus.
- Assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
- Performing timely workstation hardware and software Upgrades as required.
- Maintaining documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computers assets, etc.
- Managing all system back-up and restore systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT helpdesk.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems.
- Familiar with central phone system (Panasonic) and VOIP (FreePBX) and Virtualization.
- Microsoft MCITP/MCSE, Network Plus and VMware certified candidates is an asset.
- BSc in Computer Engineering or IT
