Job Description

In Ostadkar we are looking for high motivated and energetic people to support our start-up team and handle below activities: -Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. -Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. -Support related computer issues including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. -Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. -Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary -Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems

Requirements

- University degree in Computer Software or Hardware - Minimum 2 years similar experience in IT help desk, service desk, and technical support - Pass successfully Network+, A+, MTCNA and CCNA courses - Full demonstrate on Windows 7 & 10 - Familiar with VOIP system - Familiar with Linux & Mac OS - Familiar with HP & brother Printers - Demonstrated ability to work independently to resolve complicated problems - Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting skills - Flexibility to travel and work extended hours or work on - Call as needed in support
