- Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
- Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
- Provide support to the company's anti-fraud programs.
- Finding the gaps between current status and best practices and importing them.
- Preparing audit report including findings, consequences and recommendations.
- Meeting with responsible people of processes.
Requirements
- M.A. In Accounting or Auditing & insurance management
- At least 3 years practical and relevant experience
- Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently or within a group
- Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office Software
- Good command of English
