Job Description

• Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) development. • Emergency response plan development for production facilities. • Plant safety reviews, such as Fire hazard zone and safe zone drawings. • Promote the awareness of HSE across the company. • HSE plan and ERP (Emergency Response Plan) for construction activities. • Monitor and report non-compliance with company policy and legal requirements. • Ensure that all legal requirements concerning HSE are fully implemented. • Monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements for all HSE requirements. • Facilitate and coordinate the plant's HSE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action and auditing. • Ensuring overall compliance with approved laws and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial safety engineering. • At least 3 years’ experience. • Deep familiarity in ISO14001, OHSAS18001, HSE MS, IPS and OGP. • Technical knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment. • Culture of safety leadership basic behaviors (SLBB) & the life-saving rules. • Highly skilled in MS Office. • Fluent in English.
