• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs
• Improving organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions

Requirements
• 5 years of working experience in HR function
• University Bachelor Degree: Human Resources or any other relevant discipline such as Management
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Self-motivated to have continuous improvement
• A high level of confidentiality
• The ability to deal with pressure and ambiguity
• Ability to think laterally and spot opportunities to improve systems and processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships well
• Working knowledge of English language or Turkish
