Job Description

- Doing recruitment process (sourcing, interview, hiring), constantly improve it and ensure item executed to perfection - Directly source talents through search and advertising via mass and specialized channels - Interview candidates based on own standard framework - Conducting offer meeting with candidate to ensure utilizing of the company capacity into high level of attraction - Prepare and update organizational chart, job descriptions and job requirements for all current and planned for future positions - Managing exit and off boarding process align with labor law policy and procedure - Providing and updating HR data base - Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations - Plan and execute personnel appraisals based on their job requirements - Propose models or activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to bring up positive attitude toward organizational objectives - Responsible for need assessment, planning, providing training, and effectiveness evaluation - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team - Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the line managers - Promote Employer Brand with social media activities - Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans

Requirements

- Bachelor or higher degree in human resources or management is preferable - Minimum 2 years of experience - Self-motivated and willing to take initiative - High flexibility to work to the demands of the role - Team work - Communication Skills - Proficient in MS office especially in Excel - Age: 25 - 32
