- Calculation of staff time sheet and Processing payroll Data and monthly salary - Maintenance of employee databases and Enter new employee information in administration systems and portal - Managing new employees access to systems and network - Issuing and Archive contracts and all personnel records - Carrying out SSO insurance affairs for all personnel - Registration of fingerprints and handling new employee’s orientation programs - Developing employee’s satisfaction and engagement programs.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Management, or Other related fields - Minimum 3 years related experiences - Knowledge of SSO insurance and Labor law - Familiar with MS. Office and Hamkaran System - Gender: Male \Female - Ideal Age Range: 25-35
