- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to special software (EIT Insurance software, …) - Resolve technical problems related to special software - Respond to queries either in person or over the phone

Requirements

- Bachelor / Master in computer science or engineering - Excellent interpersonal and communication skill - Has the spirit and ability to do teamwork and assigned tasks - Experienced to work with Office software
