● Control of costs in the context of contracts, services for not exceeding the annual budget.
● Analyze the cost of work calculations.
● Work with contracts (control of financial terms of contracts, approval of primary documentation).
● Preparation of a year budget and expected data for the direction (oil production costs).
● Monitor purchase orders, contracts, and primary documents for compliance with the requirements of the Company in the field of economics and finance.
● Improve and optimize budgeting and cost control processes.
● Negotiate with contractors.
Requirements
● Work experience in Planning and Economic Management preferably in Oil and Gas sector for at least 2 years.
● Higher education (Economics).
● Knowledge of Russian language.
● Ability to negotiate, draw up contracts, conduct business correspondence.
● Knowledge of the main production processes of Oil and Gas production enterprises, calculation of the cost of work, the structure of primary documents, contracts, and budgeting and cost control processes.
