Main responsibilities
-Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, banking, shipment and delivery schedules, and custom clearance process
-Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from Pre-Invoice to shipping documents
-Be up-to-dated about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs lows and road and sea transportation and document and LC condition and incoterms
-Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
-Preparing documents and customer response and Coordination of meetings
Requirements
University Qualifications:
At least bachelor degree in commercial management from recognized and reputable universities
Special Skills/Knowledge:
-Familiar with incoterms
-Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Professional in English correspondences
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in related fields

Language Skills:
-Proficiency in English
