The objective of the role:
● Managing the financial department and leading the financial team.
List of responsibilities:
● Leadership of the financial team.
● Responsible for managing daily financial activities.
● Responsible for all accounting department tasks including control of invoices, receivables, salary, VAT, tax, insurance.
● Managing budgets, cash flow, bank transactions.
● Controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure.
● Cost analysis, products prices analysis.
● End-year warehouse and accounting system close.
● Preparing financial statements, financial ratios, and other relevant financial and accounting reports of the company.
● Managing office processes (personnel contracts, etc).
● Report to Managing Director and Financial Deputy.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or Financial Management.
● 5 to 10 years of financial management in manufacturing and commercial companies (preferred experience in the auto industry).
● Specialist knowledge: Fluent in financial whole processes.
● Soft skills and personality traits: Teamwork, Adaptability, Leadership, and management, communications skills.
