Job Description
● Control all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements, and petty cash.
● Prepare to adjust journal entries in the accounting system.
● Review accounts for discrepancies and reconciles differences.
● Keep records of financial transactions and support documents.
● Control accounts and reporting.
● Prepare non-routine financial data for management.
● Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations.
● Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements.
● Assist in year-end closing processes.
● Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
● Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
● Report to Internal and Direct Manager.
● Report to management regarding the finances of the establishment.
● Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Responsible for doing routine accounting activities.
