Job Description

- Lead financial and support groups to optimize the efficiency of the organization's financial resources. - Provide company requirements for admission to the bourse and OTC. - Financing company requirements to perform company’s projects and economic plans. - Provide the necessary requirements for the decision making and follow-up of all Approval of purchase request for services in accordance with approved Transaction bylaw. - Providing and overseeing the necessary internal Necessary audit information and documentation - Coordination with External Organizations based on Organizational Correspondence and Negotiation - Estimating the risks of the organization's assets - Analyze the costs and revenues of proposed projects for economic feasibility and project selection. - Communication with ministry of economy and finance, Social Security, bourse organization, insurances and audit

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience and 7 years of management experience. - Minimum of MSc in Financial Management, Accounting - Business personage, being operational, be able to decision making and problem solving,
